5.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. You may return unused items within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

5.2 Faulty or misdescribed items may be returned for a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

12. Gift Certificate and e-Gift Certificate Policy

Gift Certificates and e-Gift Certificates can be redeemed for any product or service at Le Petit Saint clinic. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of legal tender (cash, EFTPOS, credit card, or other gift certificates). Treated as cash equivalents, they will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Certificates may be used across multiple visits or purchases within their 3-year validity period from the date of purchase, after which they expire and hold no value. Le Petit Saint Ltd reserves the right to change services and update prices without notice. Gift Certificates must be presented upon arrival at the clinic, and cancellations within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee deducted from the certificate. A flat-rate delivery fee of £10 applies to Gift Certificates mailed within the United Kingdom.
